Vincent Pastor

Biography:

Vincent started his grooming competition career in 1996 at Intergroom. Since then and until 2003, he has won several gold, silver and bronze medals in all competing classes in the United States, England, Spain and France.

He was a member of the French team that came third at the World Team Championship in Barcelona in 2003 and captain of the French team that won the 2005 World Team Championship. Vincent Pastor has judged in France, Italy, the Czech Republic and Spain.

He has been a member of the jury of “Ciseaux d’Or” for 14 years. He also judged the World Team Championship in 2007, the European Oster Champions Tournament and the European Individual Championship in 2010. Vincent is the owner of the company “Calin Toilettage” in Vienne – France – where he has been giving training and specialization courses in grooming for 33 years.

The poodle is like a blank canvas to try out lots of different styles! Come learn the basics to give your curly clients a little “phew”. On the program: clean face, clean feet and angulation. This is the opportunity to master the key techniques to enhance this dog while staying true to trends.

Defect Correction – 15:00 – 17:00

Do you never know what to do with your clients who have crooked legs? Do their round backs ruin your cuts? Would you like to transform ordinary dogs into real stars for your clients? Come learn tips with Vincent to camouflage structural defects, whether on purebred dogs or mixes. You will discover how to sublimate each dog, no matter its particularities!
