Nancy has been grooming since 1974. She ran a successful salon in Caledon East Ontario, “ Dogs by Bryson “ from 1984 to 2024 , and had a grooming school “Bryson Academy of grooming “for 15 years. She is a founding member and past president three times of Ontario Dog Groomers Association .She was past president of Groom Team Canada, and on the board of directors for Border Terrier Club of Ontario. Nancy was undefeated in Sporting, Terrier and Creative grooming competitions in the mid 1980s through to the early 1990s. She then retired in competition to judge. Nancy has mentored many groomers that are now the tops on the world stage . Nancy has done work for major magazines, TV and Disney .Nancy still judges, gives seminars , coaches, workshops and mentors groomers in skill advancement. She is also involved in product development with companies . Nancy is a grooming, ambassador for Wahl Canada and X Power Canada. Nancy is committed to helping make the industry better than when she started.
